Shipping and Returns
We are pleased to offer free shipping in the USA lower 48 states for all orders over $75. There is a flat rate of $15 for all other orders. Sorry but we do not ship outside the continental USA at this time. (We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii).
During the COVID-19 Pandemic, we can not give accurate estimates for delivery times.
After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order dispatches, you will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking #.
We dispatch orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Typically it takes 2 business days to dispatch +/-. Orders are shipped via UPS or Purolator or with a local courier with expected delivery to your door between 5-7 business days +/- for 'In Stock' items.
We keep inventory in 40 warehouses across the lower 48 USA states. The closest warehouse to you with inventory will deliver your orders. If your closest warehouse is out of stock you will get delivery from the next closest warehouse which may cause a delay of 1-2 days. Sometimes you will get delivery from multiple warehouses.
We offer a 100% no hassle 6 month guarantee and FREE returns on all of our products. We are nice Canadians. We will be fair to you, and we would appreciate the same in return.
For safety reasons, all PPE purchases are not returnable.
You can return unopened items that are in re sellable condition. Send it back to us & get a credit or full refund and we will send you a free postage pre-paid mailing label to get the unwanted product back to us.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. If you made an error in your shipping address, please contact us before 5pm the day of your order, so the address can be corrected for you. However, we will NOT be able to correct address errors for orders that have already shipped. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to us, we can then ship it to the correct address. Please note that we get dinged a $ 4 fee for every wrong address so it would be great if you could ensure that the address is entered correctly.
A contact person must be available to accept the shipment between the hours of 9am - 5pm. This contact person must be available to sign and confirm the items they have ordered as part of the shipment. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
